The workers here have always been respectful and provided answers to my questions. The facility has been kept clean, both inside and outside. The lighting has never been a problem, and the security of the unit is that with roll-up door, metal walls, and fenced wire overhead. My unit also has extra high clearance that is normally not found in storage facilities. They have carts and dollies that are very useful when needed. I have been in a lot of other storage places, PUBLIC STORAGE being the worst with rats and roaches, which is common with PS. But as of yet, I have not seen any rat droppings or one roach in this place, which is above any storage facility I have used. If they have them, maybe a rare occurrence. The people that utilize this place seem kind and friendly, as I have encountered plenty of people since I have been here, and so far, so good 👍🏼😊.

We were looking for short term storage for our daughter's dorm stuff and Arcadia Self Storage allowed me to reserve quickly online and the price was very fair. When we went in on a Sunday morning, the assistance we received was top notch! We received a tour of the facility and lots of assistance. I highly recommend Arcadia Self Storage!

I specifically chose this place others in the surrounding areas because of their prices. I made a reservation online to secure a 5’x5’ closet a day before my move in date. When I went in to officially get set up, Matthew who worked the front desk did a great job at getting me set up and giving me a tour of the building and how to work the elevator (a very old school style elevator). After a few months the prices will increase which was unfortunate when I was told. But the location is easy to get to, easy to maneuver around and very secure with cameras in all directions on all floors.
