The storage units are kept clean and well maintained. Easy access to the freight elevator from the parking lot Security cameras are visibly positioned on every floor for piece of mind. The workers here have always been respectful and provided answers to my questions. The facility has been kept clean, both inside and outside. The lighting has never been a problem, and the security of the unit is that with roll-up door, metal walls, and fenced wire overhead. My unit also has extra high clearance that is normally not found in storage facilities. They have carts and dollies that are very useful when needed. I have been in a lot of other storage places, PUBLIC STORAGE being the worst with rats and roaches, which is common with PS. But as of yet, I have not seen any rat droppings or one roach in this place, which is above any storage facility I have used. If they have them, maybe a rare occurrence. The people that utilize this place seem kind and friendly, as I have encountered plenty of people since I have been here, and so far, so good 👍🏼😊.
